This 14" dia. Blue Aluminum Oxide AZ Surface Grinding Wheel, measuring 14" x 2" x 5", features a vitrified bonded, premium blue aluminum oxide abrasive. It boasts an AZ alumina zirconia surface, with a 1-8" x 1" recessed side radius. Engineered for optimal performance on steel, alloy steel, and malleable/ductile iron, it's suitable for 32A grinding wheel applications and high speed steel applications above 55 Rc. The bond allows for free cutting while drawing heat away from the part and into the wheel.
