In the lower sector, the denomination is in two lines: "ONE / POLTYNNIK". Between two circular dotted and linear rims, the slogan: Workers of the world, unite! Reverse: In the center of the field framed by a dotted rim, a worker who drew a hammer to strike anvil on which the horseshoes lie. A sheaf of sparks is emanated from the anvil. The plow is behind the worker, the gear is between the leg and the anvil.
