High-Temperature Cabinet Coolers, suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 125°F to 200°F (52°C to 93°C), are available in various cooling capacities to accommodate both large and small control panels. These systems feature standard thermostat controls with an adjustable thermostat, factory set at 95°F (35°C). NEMA 4 (IP66) rated Cabinet Cooler Systems, resistant to dust, oil, and splashes, both indoors and outdoors, incorporate a low-pressure relief valve for the vortex tube and cabinet air exhaust. This valve seals when the cooler is not in use, preserving the integrity of a NEMA 4 enclosure. Thermostat-controlled cooler systems are ideal for fluctuating heat loads due to environmental or seasonal changes. All Cabinet Coolers are UL Listed and CE compliant, providing a low-cost, reliable method to cool and purge electronic control panels.
