Thermostat-controlled cooler systems are ideal for fluctuating heat loads due to environmental or seasonal changes. Standard systems feature an adjustable thermostat set at 95°F (35°C) by default. NEMA 4X (IP66) Cabinet Cooler Systems, resistant to dust, oil, splashes, and corrosion, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, incorporate a low-pressure relief valve for the vortex tube and cabinet air exhaust. This valve seals when the cooler is not in operation, preserving the integrity of a NEMA 4X enclosure. They provide a low-cost, reliable method for cooling and purging electronic control panels.
