Microplates exhibit a bottom flatness better than 100µm to offer high quality performance for all applications where low auto fluorescence and exceptional optical clarity are required. Ideal for high-resolution imaging, sensitive fluorescence, and confocal microscopy such as single molecule detection (SMD). Transmission measurements are capable in the wavelength range above 350nm. Plates consist of a 175µm thick borosilicate glass-bottom plate bonded with a black polystyrene frame and features a chimney-well to help prevent cross contamination. Plates are sterile, comply with SBS recommendations, and include a lid.
