Artist Alexander Chen was born in Guangdong, China in 1952 and was interested in painting from a young age. Alexander Chen drew pictures of himself and his classmates, and created picture books of historical heroes in the style of novels. After graduating from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Chen became a teacher at the Guangzhou School of Fine Arts, painting various landscapes and lifestyles, which were introduced in China, France, and the United States. In 1988, Chen and his wife moved to San Francisco, USA, and quickly adapted to the new environment, which he depicted in his paintings. Currently, he travels throughout the United States and creates paintings based on his experiences.

The work offered this time has already been discontinued and is a very rare and precious item. It has been stored for a long time, and the box is slightly damaged, but the pieces are in beautiful condition. Chen's works include paintings of the Manhattan skyline, but this "Grand Canyon" is a work that is rarely seen. It was fun to assemble, with people rock climbing and hang gliding.
