- The Arcos 2900 series 200mm cleaver knife is used for cutting through large and tough cuts of meat and bone. Specially designed for professionals very suitable for prolonged use. It has an ergonomic design that favors the handling of the utensil. Designed to meet the needs of professionals, the 2900 series features different handle colors to make it easier to use for each food group.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This butcher knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
