Working principle 1. When no pressure in the cup, The float descends due to its own weight, the valve closes the cavity, the piston is pressed down by the spring, and the condensate is discharged through.2. When the pressure is above 1.0MPa/ 145psi , the piston overcomes the spring and presses upwards, thus closing the drainage channel and isolating the inside of the water cup from the outside3. When there is condensate in the water cup: When the condensed water is collected to a certain extent, the float rises due to buoyancy, opens the inner cavity hole, and the pressure enters the inner cavity. The piston is pressed down by pressure and spring, and the condensed water is discharged through a drainage pipe.
