This is a knit tie from Brioni, a top-tier Italian menswear brand. I purchased it from a Brioni store about two years ago. It's in excellent condition, having been worn only once or twice. The tie is made of 100% silk and features a combination of teal and navy blue. It allows for a playful look with different colors on the blade and tail. Made in Italy.
