The carboy has tests confirming the possibility of safe contact with alcohol up to 70%. The use of a light demijohn carboy will be facilitated by a scale on the wall, which will allow you to verify the amount of the batch. It is enough to put the batch in the demijohn and close it with the cap with the fermentation tube. The tabs on the cap make it easier to open and close the carboy, and the handle allows you to carry it when it is empty. The special design of the cap does not have a seal, so there is no risk that mould or bacteria will accumulate under it. The wide opening allows for convenient extraction of the pulp and cleaning of the inside of the container. For washing, it is highly recommended to use the Potassium Metabisulphite, Turbo Metabisulphite or Oxi Turbo.
