- GENTLE AIR SHIELD - Deflects air in oven cavity; for baking delicate foods like puff pastry and meringue, so they do not fall or move on the baking pans due to the powerful standard air flow of the fans.
- EASY ASSEMBLY - The XC606 plate hooks onto the fan grille inside the oven cavity when needed. Quick and easy on/off; no tools required.
- APPLICATION - Use one XC606 plate per oven fan. Full-size 4-shelf XAF/XAFT oven models have two fans, so require two XC606 plates.
- CONSTRUCTION - Heavy duty stainless steel & brass construction.
