- Slope Ceiling Kits convert any Modern Forms Downrod Ceiling Fan to be installed on slopes up to 45 degrees. (NOTE: Kit includes a new Hanger Bracket, Knuckle Ball, and Canopy Cover. The downrod is not included, use downrod that came with fan or purchase a separate downrod (SKU # DR-XX) if a longer downrod length is needed).
