If your product has solidified and would not come out of the pump, please place the oil near a heat source, leave it in a warmer room or keep it in the sun for several minutes until it liquefies again. A short water bath can also speed the process if all that doesn't work.

For best results, apply immediately after a shower, when the skin is still damp or wet and the pores are open and ready to absorb the clean raw oils.
