Though named Bradford White, it is compatible with almost all water heater brands such as Bosch and A.O. Smith, except Buderus. This model can also be the solution if your anode is stuck in the dedicated anode port. If your model is listed here, our 40-89-gallon model will also fit your tank: RE250L6, RE250T6, RE255T, RE280T6, RE2H50S, RE2H65T, RE2H80T, RE340T6, RG275H6N, SW-2-40R-L, SW-2-65-L, URG275H6N.
- INSTALLATION SIMPLIFIED & PATENT-PENDING - Includes step-by-step instructions for easy installation of the water heater anode rod and 12-foot power cord. This model is made for Bradford White heaters and replaces the anode in the hot water outlet port, so redirecting the hot water pipe is required using the included Wye (Y-shape) fitting. The stainless steel Wye parts may feel hard to tighten and this is normal. Stainless threads need firm force (Basic installation skills are recommended). Use gray Teflon tape for stainless steel. For help, check Step #11 on page 9 of the manual included in the box.
