- Fun to cook with: The pan is uncoated and therefore tolerates high temperatures, ideal for searing. Read the note before first use in the description below!
- Usage note: This frying pan is unsuitable for induction stoves, however, optimally suitable for all other types of stoves | Do not store food in the pan. More about this below.
- Cleaning & care: Clean the copper pan by hand after use - not in the dishwasher. It is best to dry the pan afterwards and store it in a dry place. The color of copper takes on different hues when heated. You can find more maintenance advice below.
