Features:The ERV-08 time relay is suitable for all applications requiring time control (industry, homes, factories, etc.).Principle of Use and OperationConnect as shown in the diagram.(Time Step) knob: Selects the time range.(t) knob: Time value.For example: To set the time to 75 minutes,Set the "Time Step" knob to 100 m (100 minutes) and the "t" knob to between 7 and 8. In this example, the time is set to 75 minutes.Note: To set a higher, more sensitive time value, use a stopwatch to set the "t" knob in low steps, then increase the step size to the desired time.For example: To set the time to 25 hours,Set the "Time Step" knob to 10 s (10 seconds) and set the "t" knob to between 2 and 3. Turn on the device and check the reading at 2.5 seconds with a stopwatch. If the reading is too high or too low, adjust the "t" knob again. Check the device again. Set the "Time Step" knob to 100h (100 hours). In this example, set it to a more sensitive value. After setting the time, turn on the device. The device will begin timing, and the LED indicator will illuminate and extinguish. While the device is timing, the output is (N-C) 1. When the timer expires (Time Out), the relay LED illuminates and the output is (NO) 3.
