These 99A SHR (Super High Rebound) formula feels more like 97A, giving it a softer and smoother ride as compared to a rock hard street wheel.THE REST: Arrives built to manufacturer specifications and is ready to ride right out of the box. This complete is built with Abec 5 Bearings, 1" Phillips Hardware, 1/8" Riser Pads, and Black Diamond Griptape.
