Very beautiful vintage Margaret Howell flared skirt in midnight black 100% silk moire. I have tried to show the beautiful watered pattern in the silk fabric. It rustles when you walk! Side closure Side pleat Pockets! Waist across 15 1/2” Length 28 1/2” Missing one button, which you can’t see when wearing, and it has a couple of tiny holes - as to be expected in vintage silk. See last four photos. Wonderful paired with stilettos and a cashmere or mohair jumper etc
