COMPACT is the new generation rod with an innovative design designed to control the opening of furniture doors. It is designed for use in standard automated drilling lines. It is unique for the ability to adjust the closing force and alignment of adjacent doors. It is suitable for large wooden or aluminium doors thanks to a wide range of adapters. The details are made of nickel-plated zamak and technoplastic material. Characteristics and differences of compact rods: system for opening the doors to rise (towards the top). Can be used on a wooden door or on a door with an aluminium frame. Clutch version: the door can be stopped in the desired position both when opening and closing. Soft-stop version: the door is gradually pushed to its maximum opening. Clutch version is available in four lengths 164mm, 244mm, 355mm and 480mm Soft-stop version is available in three lengths 164mm, 244mm and 355mm Clutch version is available in different forces 45N, 60N, 90N, 120N Soft-stop version is available in different forces 50N, 80N, 100N, 120N meets UNI 8607/05 level 5 standard. Mounting brackets for the pistons are included.

  • High quality piston: The compact gas piston for doors is made of nickel-plated zamak, steel and technoplastic material, which guarantees its durability.
  • Available in different models, sizes and strengths: sizes and forces available in relation to the size and weight of the door on which the piston is mounted. Available in clutch or soft stop version (differences in description)
