This 1000 MCM high voltage round aluminum cable, spanning 1 to 10,000 feet, boasts a true triple vertical extrusion system for optimal insulation concentricity and electric field control. Crafted from 1350-H19 Aluminum with Class B or Class 2 filled stranding, it's compacted round or segmental per ASTM B400 or IEC 60228 standards. A semiconducting tape can be applied helically, as needed. The cable features semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene conductor and insulation shields, along with a high-quality, heat, moisture, ozone, and corona-resistant XLPE jacket. It includes a metallic shield of solid, annealed uncoated copper wires, a radial moisture barrier, and a black, sunlight-resistant HDPE jacket.
