This is a flannel shirt from Kato (カトー).
I bought it two years ago at the museum of your history Kichijoji store. I really liked the shirt itself, but when I tried it on, it didn't suit me, so I rarely wore it, only wearing it for about 30 minutes once.
It's a denim brand, so the fabric and construction are solid, and the elbow patches are a nice accent.
The size is M, and the details are as follows.
I am 166cm tall and weigh 77kg, with a muscular build. I usually wear a size L at Uniqlo, but this fits me perfectly.
