Lead Door for Hospitals with 2mm Foil, Anti-X Ray by Porte Italiane

The radiology doors, with a finished thickness of 46 mm, comprise seven layers: a central 2 mm lead sheet, two extra hard, high density 4mm mineral fibre panels, a honeycomb structure surrounded by a double perimeter frame, two 9/10 thick plastic laminates in standard white or sand colors, and an Anti-X lead layer with a calibrated, brushed 2 mm first fusion lead sheet. Custom lead thickness is available upon request, with pricing varying based on the lead's thickness. The door frame, made of solid wood with a lead sheet, features interlocking architraves with interposed lead sheets. It includes a profile for panel stop and seat for profile insertion, and coverings for the anti-x panels with a 2 mm lead sheet to cover the counterframe, adjustable for walls from 10 cm up to 13 cm. The doors are equipped with five hinges, each with a capacity of 125 kg, made of thick aluminum for accident prevention. The lock is of the patent type with a CE marked key, compliant with the EN 12209 standard, or can be adapted for a Yale cylinder. The lead door finish can be chosen in standard colors, with non-standard colors available as extras. The lead sheet complies with UNI 6450-69 quality 99.9% min, with a radiometric value in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 230 of 17/03/1995, followed by a certificate of conformity.
