LEVI'S 501 Made in USA LVC 1978 Model (66 Late Model)
Purchased as a new rigid model over 10 years ago at the Shinjuku directly-managed store.

1978 Late 66 Reproduction Model
This model faithfully reproduces the late 66 model from 1978, with its smaller pocket shape, slightly higher placement, and shallower rise. It has a realistic vintage feel with a red ear and care label patch, and the USA-made version is now rare.

I chose this red ear model because I wanted to recreate the authentic 80s American casual style.

I don't clearly remember if the hem was altered, but it's 80cm long, so you can roll it up. The hem is yellow and chain-stitched.

It has shrunk from its original size due to shrink-to-fit.
I've worn and cared for it slowly over many years. I wash it every few times I wear it. I'm selling it because it no longer fits me.

Fits snugly on someone 175cm tall and weighing 60kg.

■ Condition
It has shrunk from its original size due to shrink-to-fit. It has developed an overall vintage-like fading. There is a small stain in the center of the back (last photo). There is some slight dullness and light soiling around the thighs and hips. There is some light soiling inside the pockets. The long part of the quality label has been cut with scissors. It can still be worn. I am selling it to someone who will cherish it as I am organizing my wardrobe.

Anonymous shipping (Yu-Packet Post or Rakuraku Mercari Bin). It will be placed in a plastic bag, then shipped in an opaque plastic bag, paper bag, or cardboard box. Please understand that it will be folded small, so there may be noticeable creases. Please open it immediately upon arrival and smooth out the wrinkles.
