Madrone Burl wood veneer sample kit with no backing (raw veneer 1/42" thickness). = 8 pieces. Shown in picture # 1. All pieces similar grain and color. "AA" quality grade. As with most veneers, raw veneer tends to wrinkle some and will usually require some flattening, but it will lay perfectly flat. First picture is what you will get. You get all 8 pieces. 2" x 8" = 2 3' x 5" = 1 4" x 9" = 1 3" x 7" = 1 5" x 6" = 2 6" x 6" = 1 Pictures show some pieces with finish or water on them. Most wood veneer will darken and show a deeper beauty of grain when finished. Some pictures may show how the veneer can be laid out in sequence and made into bigger sheets. About pictures : Most pictures have been temporarily wet on the lower portion of the veneer to show what the grain may look like when finish is added. Color adjustments have been made to show the color as best as is possible. It is impossible to get photos exactly correct in color, but we have made an effort to do so.
