Whether you're running 500 feet or 6,000 feet of tubing across a slab, the FBSN turns an exhausting job into a rhythm you can maintain all day.
- FITS 3/8", 1/2" & 5/8" PEX ON 1-INCH AND 2-INCH FOAMBOARD: Malco's exclusive dual-barbed plastic foamboard staples accommodate all three common PEX sizes and work with both 1-inch foamboard (use FBSN1 staples, 1-1/2") and 2-inch foamboard (use FBSN2 staples, 2-1/2"). Compatible with most other foamboard stapling systems. Not for use on EPS-type foamboard.
- PATENT-PENDING NON-JAMMING LEAF SPRING FEED SYSTEM: A leaf spring-controlled stop automatically adjusts to seat each staple and guide it through the fastening mechanism without jamming or deforming. Magazine loading strips of 25 staples are joined by discreet micro-welds that separate cleanly as each staple engages and delivers a smooth, uninterrupted feed from first staple to last.
- ERGONOMIC IN-LINE D-GRIP HANDLE FOR ALL-DAY COMFORT: The D-grip handle is precisely positioned to align your hand and wrist for clean downward pressure on every stroke reducing fatigue on large radiant heat installs that can run thousands of feet. - CONVERT TO WOOD SUBFLOOR STAPLING WITH THE PWSK1 KIT (SOLD SEPARATELY): The FBSN isn't limited to foamboard. Add the PWSK1 conversion kit to use PWS2 staples for securing PEX directly to a wooden subfloor. One tool, two installation methods. Pairs with Malco dual-barbed staples (FBSN1, FBSN2, FBS1BX, FBS2BX) for maximum holding power and pull-out resistance.
