I believe this is a souvenir T-shirt from Huis Ten Bosch, likely from the 90s. Apologies if I'm mistaken.
It's a made-in-Japan T-shirt, and similar models have been sold at vintage shops, making it a recognized vintage T-shirt.
It's a deadstock, unused item, but there may be some storage stains or fading. There are no pinholes or tears.
It's said the color changes in sunlight, but I haven't tested it, so I'm not sure.
