Hello! If you have seen my other listing, you might have known why I decided to sell this. Unfortunately some of my books fell off my shelf, and this + binding 13 and some other books have token the hit. In the fourth photo the cover somehow came undone and I quickly taped it. There is also some water stains as when it was delivered it was during a rainy day (last photo) but the drains have dried up. Otherwise that, this book is still very functional! hope the next person enjoys this book, as I had. Thank you for reading the description!
