Oakton WD-35802-40 Silver/Sulfide Ag+/S-2 Single Junction Epoxy Body Ion Selective Electrode, 107900 - 0.01 ppm Range

The Oakton WD-35802-40 is a Silver-Sulfide (Ag+/S-2), epoxy-body, solid state sensor, ion-selective electrode (ISE), with a single-junction for general purpose applications. It is commonly used for sewage effluent, soils, sediments, plating baths and photographic fixing solutions. It has an epoxy body for impact resistance and durability, is spring-loaded to produce higher flow of electrolyte, and works with viscous fluids. The electrode houses a BNC-connected combination reference cell and measuring cell, for ease of use and to provide a tight coaxial cable connection.This electrode is refillable, has a temperature range of 0 to 80 degrees C (32 to 176 degrees F), and a pH range of 2 to 12. Its measuring range is for Ag+ = 1 to 1E-7 M and 107,900 to 0.01 ppm; for S-2 = 1 to 1E-7 M and 32,100 to 0.003 ppm. Interfering ions include Hg+2. The electrode has a typical response time of 20 to 30 seconds, varying with solution concentration. It is used with the Ion 510, pH 2500 Ion Benchtop, or Ion Acorn meters. It can also be used with any ion meter, or with any meter with a 0.1 mV resolution. The electrode comes with a 3-foot cable, replacement membrane, 15 mL of electrolyte, and a filling pipette.
