OTC S03G 3-Ton Geared Jack Stand (Pair)

Avoid crawling underneath vehicles to safely set a jack stand. Slide the unique geared jack stand under a vehicle with the 50" extendable handle, turn the handle and the support arm rises to meet the vehicle. The arm locks in place via ratchet and pawl mechanism. After the load is lifted off the stand, use the handle to lift the release lever and pull the stand back. The new design of the OTC S03G 3-Ton Geared Jack Stand helps techs stay a safe distance from a lifted vehicle, while being able to safely position a locking stand for support. The handle features three individual locking sections, extending range 19" to 50" in length to reach under lifted vehicles for safe placement and support of the geared jack stand. Collapses to fit in toolbox drawers or for easy storage next to jack stands. Unique head shape turns the gearbox, easily lifting the jack stand support arm without crawling underneath a vehicle. Jack stands are constructed of a formed and welded high-quality steel base for strength to provide years of safe vehicle holding. Self-locking geared ratchet handle cannot be released under load and feature a wide range of locking heights and adjusting positions to provide a universal stand for most vehicles. The form-fit saddle design and wide base ensures stability. A durable baked enamel finish resists corrosion, and welded foot pads resist sinking into soft ground or asphalt.
