I think it's in good condition.
It has a windproof sheet, making it resistant to wind.
Also, this model has unusually long sleeves, perhaps with fashion in mind, so the sleeves have been slightly trimmed.
The hem stopper has been removed due to deterioration.

Patagonia, a mountaineering brand, created this series by pursuing only the functionality that mountaineers can truly use in harsh mountains. It's a different line from the popular Retro-X and Synchilla, which emphasize casual wear.
There are R1, R2, R3, and R4, and the higher the number, the higher the heat retention.
However, since mountaineers sweat even in winter while climbing, it's not just about high heat retention. The significant difference between this and inexpensive fleece is how well it handles sweat.
Currently, only the R1 series is available, and the others are no longer manufactured.
The reason why the R2, which was particularly popular, is no longer manufactured is unknown, although there are various theories.
