The Professionale OK commercial pizza oven kit, fueled by gas or wood, includes top-tier insulation for assembly. Each component can be carried by two people, simplifying access and installation. Unlike fully assembled or knockdown ovens, you'll need to build the CMU stand and exterior facade. Non-combustible materials like brick, stone, or steel can be used.
