Pro Tapes Pro 500W is a carpet hold-down tape designed especially for the convention industry. Pro 500W is used for hanging, seaming and poly sheeting. Other general purpose uses for Pro 500W is aircraft manufacture and construction. High tack. Adhesive: natural rubber. Backing: cloth. Thickness: 13.0 mils (not including liner). Tensile strength: 40 ounces per inch (ASTM D-1000). Peel adhesion: 50 pounds per inch (PSTC-1 Mod). Pro 500W is a woven cotton cloth, double-coated with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive. Supplied on white liner. Pro 500W is used for temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations, print plate mounting, and carpet installation where a more aggressive adhesive is required. Features includes good adhesion, short term, high temperature resistance, clean removal, highly conformable. Applications includes abatement, mounting, bonding, tabbing, temporary holding, laminating, carpet installation. Measures 25 yards length by 2-inches width.
