This is a used item stored at home. I played it about twice. There are minor scratches on the case, but no noticeable stains. There are a few small black marks on the back of the walking map. Please check the photos for the condition. The disc has very minor scratches, but is clean. The instruction manual has no particular scratches or damage.
Overall, the condition is good, but I would appreciate it if you could understand that this is a used item.
