This is an early 2000s UK501 from LEVI'S PREMIUM.
Unlike the LEVI'S PREMIUM from 2016 onwards, this is a very rare series made for a very short period in the early 2000s.
Using Cone Mills red-line denim, it has a leather patch, deep arcuate stitching, and the sewing stitches use both yellow and orange threads, making it a construction that is quite conscious of vintage.

I actually wore these, so there is some fabric wear and stains that didn't come out in the wash (inner left hem), but the leather patch is still in good condition, and the jeans still have a lot of life left in them.
