Rare Pokémon Card Metagross 1st Edition PROMO Plasma Gang [Near Mint]

This card is one I pulled myself over 10 years ago, and I've kept it safe in double sleeves and stored in a dark place ever since.
It's rare to find one in this condition, and it's generally very clean, but there is a small white spot on the back. (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)
