This item was manufactured for the Krewe of Rex in New Orleans in 1980.
These lovely favors were for the Dukes of the Krewe of Rex.
There is very little wear on the medal and the ribbon is frayed on the top of the purple portion.
It is 4" tall and 2" wide.
