Offset pivot set designed for interior or exterior doors, with a standard 180-degree top pivot included. The bottom pivot is mortised into the floor. Suitable for doors up to 350 lbs (with an additional intermediate pivot) and a maximum width of 4 feet. Handed, with a 1.5-inch offset. Doors can swing 180 degrees, provided there's enough trim space. Engineered to leverage physics, pivots offer an ideal way to hang doors.
