The multiple layers of aluminum and stainles steel ensure rapid heat response and even distribution. Stratanium+ nonstick is bonded directly to the pan, so it doesn’t blister, peel or scrape away, even when using metal utensils. The ergonomically designed riveted handles are easy to grasp, while the tempered glass lids are both stylish and functional and are topped with Scanpan's signature style stainless steel knob. Scanpan CX+ pans feature a beautiful brushed finish smooth exterior, are induction compatible and are oven safe up to 480 degrees F.
