Our printers: Canon PRO 1000 (12 Individual Cartridge Pigment ink-set) and Epson SC-P800 (9 Individual Cartridge Pigment Ink-set). Materials: Archival Inks - Canon Lucia Pigment Ink or Epson Ultrachrome HD Pigment Ink, and Award Winning 300gsm Oyster Photography Paper. Shipping via UK Royal Mail: Estimated delivery time 1 - 3 days within the UK, 3 - 5 days within the EU, and 7 - 14 days outside of Europe. Packaging: A6, A5, and A4 prints are packaged in a protective sleeve, placed inside hard board backed rigid envelopes. A3 and A2 sizes are rolled in a protective sleeve, placed inside rigid postal tubes. Our protective sleeve safeguards your print and facilitates easy removal from the postal tube without damage, making it simpler to flatten your image for wall hanging. Note: Frame not included, monitor colors may vary. Delivery & Returns: We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, with same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm. For personalized prints, we'll send a proof within 1 business day (Monday-Friday), and if approved by 1pm, we'll ship your order the same day.
