The Bluemels Bicycle Fender Set - 700c/650B Wheels provides classic full fender coverage that looks amazing on your bike. With Bluemels you can ride your bike no matter what the weather is doing. We've got your back! Please note - The "B" number in the model name, references the overall fender width in mm. Our B35 model measures 35mm wide, the B45 measures 45mm wide, and the B55 measures 55mm wide. Our Bluemels are offered in different sizes and color options, be sure to find the proper size for your bike before purchasing.

• FENDER SELECTION-Choosing the correct bolt-on fender is based on your wheel size and your tire width. This information can be found on the sidewall of your bicycle tire. Please be careful to choose a fender that is compatible with the size of your wheel and tire. If you have questions, please contact SKS USA for help selecting the perfect fender.
• COMPATIBILITY-A. Frame mounting eyelets are required to mount bolt-on fenders to the bicycle. If your frame does not have mounting eyelets, frame/fork mounting clamps can be purchased separately to create a substitution. B. Fender names include the profile width in mm. Profile width must fit through seat stays & fork legs. C. Rear sliding bridge clip is flip style & can be bolted to under side or front side of seat stay bridge. Seat stay bridge MUST have a hole to mount the sliding bridge clip
• FENDER FEATURES-Fender profile lengths are: 20” front fender=500mm/rear fender=800mm; 24” front fender=600mm/rear fender=1000mm. Fender coverage can be extended by purchasing SKS spoilers/mudflaps. 20” & 24” fenders feature SKS’s ESC Safety Release System which allows the stays to uncouple should a branch or other debris get caught in the spokes. Rear Bluemels Basic fenders feature a cut-out on the front facing portion to allow for easier mounting & more adjustability near the bottom bracket.
• INSTALLATION-Mounting bolt-on fenders requires some mechanical skill & will take about 2 hours to install. Installation will require tools such as a measuring tape, hacksaw to shorten stays, file, 7mm & 8mm wrench, and 4mm allen wrench. Fender Sets include: front fender, rear fender, U-stays with ESC safety release system, sliding bridge clip, necessary mounting hardware, and instruction manual. • BLUEMEL INFORMATION-Bluemels Basic fenders are available for wheel sizes 20”/24”26”28”/650b/27.5”/28”/29” & tire widths from 20–60mm (max 2.35” width). Available in shiny black as well as silver for some sizes. Fenders use a “sandwich” technology, where ultra-fine strips of aluminum are embedded in a plastic housing to add strength and durability. The light weight plastic is resistant to varying outdoor weather effects, like corrosion or UV exposure. SKS Bluemels Fenders are MADE IN GERMANY.
