The warranty covers defects in the fabric resulting from ultraviolet exposure. If the fabric cracks, splits, or tears within 1 year of purchase, Innovation Collective will either replace the fabric or refund the cost of replacement, at their discretion. This warranty is applicable to products purchased in Australia and does not limit consumers' rights under Australian law. The Australian Consumer Law grants consumers the right to a replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures. To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Innovation Collective via email ([email protected]) and provide proof of purchase. If necessary, customers may be required to return the product at their own expense.
