Beautiful overall pre-loved condition. To me it appears someone hemmed the sleeves and bottom. One sleeve changed hem is coming undone, and reveals beautiful detailing. I choose to leave as is for next owner to either fix one sleeve, or undo all the hems. I took pics of undone sleeve, and hemmed sleeve and bottom.
