This is a custom-made Carhartt duck vest.
I sourced vintage Carhartt denim and workwear from the US to create it. I cut out usable sections and pieced them together. The fabric has a soft feel, not stiff.
I repeatedly took fabric from other Carhartt garments to create this vest. This single duck vest is made from the equivalent of 12 Carhartt items!
I sewed it using a sewing machine!
I've incorporated intentional rips as a design element, even adding torn sections from other Carhartt pieces. I consider it a form of art.
This vest is a one-of-a-kind creation, made from the fabric of 12 Carhartt items!
