This Telemecanique XS8C4A4MPN12 Universal series inductive proximity sensor has a plastic 117 x 40 x 40 mm rectangular body that protrudes when mounted and detects, without contact, a metal object within its magnetic field to count or monitor. It has 2-wire AC/DC wiring for PNP or NPN input, a programmable output status via wiring, and a screw terminal connection via 1/2" NPT cable entry and offers multiple functions for use with various applications.
