The TeraFlex 9550 VSS is an exceptional shock absorber designed and developed specifically for a lifted Jeep Wrangler. TeraFlex 9550 VSS shocks feature a proprietary in-house velocity valving that is tuned to react perfectly with TeraFlex suspension systems. A triple-chromed rod ensures trouble-free operation, and an oil block and seal wipe the shock rod during compression to keep all internal fluids sealed and contained for extended lifetime performance, additionally, an internal travel stop limiter minimizes the impact of over-compression. The 9550 VSS gas shock uses a heavy duty twin-tube design construction to provide protection from trail damage, and the durable black e-dipped finish resists salt and other corrosives under the most extreme conditions.
