The R-5 is constructed of pure 304 Food Grade stainless steel and is 5" deep creating the perfect mini shelf or ledge for resting your pizza peels and cast iron skillets and helping to get the perfect pizza launch! The patent pending NU2U* gusseted brace system ensures that this shelf stays in place while in use and can carry a lot weight. The NU2U* system installs in seconds without the need for any screws, nuts bolts or hardware. Other features of the R-5 is the integration of S-Hooks (Included-Zinc plated for anti corrosion) and S hook holes for hanging your oven mitts, pizza peel and other cooking utensils right at the oven door opening.
