- This thin-wall hole saw set includes : 3 pcs hole saw cutter 7/8”, 1-1/8”, 1-3/8” (22, 29, 35 mm) with 1/4” hex shank and pilot drill bit, 1 case. Complete assembly, not necessary for separate arbor and pilot drill bit. The drill bit is good quality high speed steel material.
- 1/4” Hex shank use for standard drills or high-torque impact drivers. Max torque : 80 NM.
- Ideal for electrical and plumbing tradesman, construction, aircraft, maintenance. Use in plastics and sheet metal. Max cutting depth:1/8” thickness (stainless steel less than 0.04” 1 mm).
- The pilot bit spring is for automatic disk ejection, easy plug removal. The top shoulder design prevents over drilling into material and potentially damaging inner components of the electrical and junction boxes when hole is completed.
- The variable teeth are M42 Co 8%, 8 TPI, durable design for smooth cuts in sheet metal, Clean, fast cutting long-lasting use. Cuts much faster than standard bi-metal hole saws up to 50%. The hole saw has thin 0.02” sidewall blade thickness for longer battery life. It's ideal for chargeable impact drivers.
