- Efficient and even heat distribution: the DELARLOCHEF 20 cm (7.8 inch) frying pan combines food-safe 304 (18/10) stainless steel, an aluminium core and a 18/0 stainless steel outer layer. This construction allows for fast and even heat transfer from floor to side walls.
- Non-toxic: the 18/10(304) stainless steel cooking surface of the pan does not react with food and preserves the natural taste. In addition, it offers more surface area than conventional 20 cm pans for flexible cooking.
- Highly durable and durable: the 20 cm (7.8 inch) stainless steel pan made of solid material withstands temperatures up to 600 °F (315 °C). The hollow handle minimizes heat transfer, and the shatterproof glass lid with steam vent allows safe monitoring of the cooking process.
