Once upon a time, trains were the swiftest mode for medium and long-distance travel, making them indispensable for various purposes like visiting someone, exploring new places, or commuting to work or school. Their speed wasn't their only asset; they could also transport immense weights at speeds unattainable by horses, becoming the primary means for moving goods and raw materials. Trains have significantly contributed to our progress. However, for trains to function, they require rails. Initially, laying tracks was a perilous and strenuous task undertaken by humans. My 'All Aboard' series pays tribute to the remarkable invention of the train and the men and women who risked their lives to make our dreams a reality.
