Our Carbon Fiber 0/90 Unidirectional Sheets are widely used and versatile, fitting most applications. They're made with standard modulus, unidirectional prepreg at a 0/90 orientation, ensuring a symmetrical, balanced laminate. This balanced design offers excellent strength and stiffness in both axial and transverse directions. Unlike our 0 Uni Sheets, which focus on a single direction, the 0/90 Unidirectional Sheet provides a good balance of mechanical properties, uniformity, and cost. Our unique Autoclave curing process ensures consistent, high-quality sheets. Manufactured with 100% real carbon fiber fabric and high-quality epoxy resin, these sheets are cured at high temperatures and pressure, resulting in a strong, rigid product that can't be reshaped once cured. Unlike wet layups, our process consistently yields flat, lightweight sheets with minimal voids, waves, or buildups. Key features include a balanced layup, various sizes and thicknesses (4ply, 8ply, 12ply), and uses such as structural applications and reinforcements where loads may be along two directions.
